Jonathan – thank you for your comment. Yes, I’m moving out to a place I’ve never been before and it’s scary. I’ve always relied on my labels and common sense and even intuition and spirituality – as mental exercises and labels. But this is total letting go. I’m excited with the journey.

You're absolutely right about the labels and how we have identified with them for so many years not realizing that the label is not really who we are.

It doesn't take too much to pick up right away some things once you get started reading. It seems to zero in on what we're ready to hear.

Pat, like you I am becoming more aware of the labels that I have called me or I in the past as not really being who I am in the present moment. I wonder if this pain body that Tolle talks about comes with us from life time to life time. I have read the transcript to Class 2 yet and wasn’t able to watch it at all on Monday night. Just the little bit of reading that I have done of the book and the transcripts is definitely making me think about how we label ourselves and how connected we are to our egos.
